Safety routines

  • Drop-off and pickup

Every child is handed over in person, at the door. We ask for ID from anyone we don't know.

  • Allergies

Tell us about any allergy at the tour; once you enroll, we ask again in private.

  • Naps

Babies sleep on their backs, in their own cribs, with nothing else in the crib.

  • Storm plan

In hurricane season we decide the evening before whether to close, and we text every family. The full plan is on the Policies page.

  • Clean hands

We wash hands when we arrive, before we eat and after playing outside.

What the license means

This home is licensed by LDOE, the Louisiana Department of Education, as a family child care home. That lets us care for a group of up to 6 children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years, with 1 adult.

You can check the license with the state, and you can ask to see it in the house. The number is at the bottom of every page.

Questions about the license?

Miss Nguyet answers them at the tour, and you can ask to see the license in person.
