How tuition works
Miss Nguyet gives you the figures in writing at the tour, for the schedule you need.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on your child's age, whether they come full days or mornings only, and how many days a week. Miss Nguyet gives you the figures in writing at the tour, and again whenever you ask.

Holding a place
To hold a place, families leave a payment that goes toward the first month. If the group is full, we put your family on the waitlist. When a place opens, Miss Nguyet calls the family that has waited longest, and messages you if you don't answer.
Billing
Tuition is paid every two weeks or monthly, whichever matches your paycheck, by bank transfer or card. If a payment runs late, Miss Nguyet talks with you before anything changes.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' notice, by message or in person, before your child leaves the program. The weeks that remain are paid as usual.
